Week 17 – Proverbs 3:6

In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. – Proverbs 3:6 (NIV)

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. – Proverbs 3:6 (KJV)

Last week Proverbs 3:5 instructed us to trust God and not lean on our own understanding. Proverbs 3:6 completes that thought…if we do trust God and let Him take the lead in all aspects of our lives (our families, our work, our hobbies, our time, our money, …), then He will make sure we’re on the right path (i.e., He will “make [our] paths straight”).
