With last week’s verse (Psalms 121:1) we looked up to the mountains and asked “where does our help come from?” Psalms 121:2 answers: our help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. Even the best people and things of this earth are flawed and bound to disappoint us. To see the true source of all the help we will ever need, we must “lift our eyes” above the things of earth to the Creator of the very universe and all that lives within it.
